Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled nurses and carers.
• Undertake clinical duties and oversee care delivery to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide personalized care plans.
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Ensure effective management of resources and assist in maintaining a welcoming, home-like environment for residents.
