Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Covering Leicester and surrounding areas
Our client, a leading provider of mental health hospitals and specialist services across England, is seeking a Care Quality and Compliance Lead to uphold and enhance the highest standards of quality and compliance within their organisation. This is a pivotal role for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who thrives on ensuring excellence in care delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
As the Care Quality and Compliance Lead, you will develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes while overseeing all aspects of regulatory and quality management. Working closely with senior management and registered managers, you will identify areas for improvement, mitigate risks, and drive compliance across services.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality care and compliance, with a proven track record in the healthcare sector. You will possess exceptional knowledge of CQC regulations and demonstrate the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for
- Qualifications: Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a quality and compliance role, with experience in mental health hospital settings.
- Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks within the healthcare sector.
- Driving Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a car with business insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Support: Assist the senior management team in delivering exceptional care across all services.
- Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with registered managers to identify deficiencies, mitigate risks, and implement effective action plans.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyse performance data, providing detailed reports to guide decision-making.
- Regulatory Guidance: Offer expert advice on policies, CQC regulations, and compliance frameworks to support regulatory adherence.
- Policy Development: Lead the review and development of policies to ensure they remain current and aligned with best practices.
- Best Practice Promotion: Champion and promote high-quality standards and best practices across all services.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful outcomes that enhance care quality.
