Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Up to £21

What we’re looking for:

  • NMC Registration: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs, personality disorders, or physical health challenges.
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic approaches, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with service users and communicate effectively with diverse teams and families.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach, supporting colleagues in providing exceptional care.
  • Commitment to Development: Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in mental health nursing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Specialist Care: Provide high-quality mental health care tailored to the unique needs of individuals with complex presentations.
  • Support Rehabilitation Goals: Collaborate with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Promote Holistic Well-being: Address both mental and physical health needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
