Are you an experienced and skilled RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with enduring mental health needs? Our client is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their nursing team, providing a safe and supportive environment for male and female service users with a range of complex mental health conditions.
As a Staff Nurse, you’ll work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care tailored to the needs of each service user. With a flexible and positive attitude, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a structured, safe, and supportive setting for service users.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualification and Registration: Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act: Understanding of the Mental Health Act and its application in a clinical setting.

- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communicator, able to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
