Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – Baby Room
Full-Time Hours
Salary: Up to £30,000

Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in early years.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for babies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- A warm, nurturing, and respectful approach to working with babies and young children.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the baby nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Supervise and support a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance, training, and encouragement.
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and routines to support the development of each child in your care.
- Build strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring open communication and partnership in their child's care.
- Maintain and uphold all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements and safeguarding practices.
