Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN)
£22 per hour | Rotation of Day and Night Shifts, Full-Time

What We’re Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts in a dynamic care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including those with dementia and complex health conditions.
  • Administer medications, monitor residents' health, and respond promptly to any changes.
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure a compassionate and effective approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and colleagues.
