Hourly Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (Mixed Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Administer medication safely and accurately in line with policies
- Support residents with mental health and dementia-related conditions
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Monitor and assess residents' health, responding proactively to any changes
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to uphold excellent care standards
