Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Hourly Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (Mixed Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs
  • Administer medication safely and accurately in line with policies
  • Support residents with mental health and dementia-related conditions
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, responding proactively to any changes
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to uphold excellent care standards
