Job description
Staff Nurse (Days) - 30 Hours per Week
Hourly Rate: £20
30 hours per week (2 x long days and 1 x short day)

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN): With a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience in Elderly Care: Proven background in elderly care, with a strong understanding of their unique needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and empathy, with a patient-centred approach.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Resident Care: Deliver compassionate, attentive nursing care to elderly residents.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments in line with prescriptions and protocols.

- Care Planning: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans.
