30 hours per week (2 x long days and 1 x short day)

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN): With a valid UK NMC Pin.
• Experience in Elderly Care: Proven background in elderly care, with a strong understanding of their unique needs.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and empathy, with a patient-centred approach.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Deliver compassionate, attentive nursing care to elderly residents.
• Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments in line with prescriptions and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: Assess and monitor residents' health, ensuring timely interventions.
• Care Planning: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans.
• Safety and Support: Maintain a safe, positive environment that promotes residents' well-being.
• Communication: Engage effectively with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
• Professional Standards: Uphold ethical codes, nursing policies, and professional standards in all aspects of care.
