Our client, a respected nursing home in Harrogate, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis for day shifts. Set in a beautiful historic building, this Nursing Home is surrounded by acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering stunning views.

Our client offers person-centered and high-quality Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate and professional approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Administer medication and manage care plans in line with regulatory and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
