Salary: £30,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

What They’re Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery or childcare setting
- A passion for child development and inclusive early education
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, positive approach and a can-do attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of early years practitioners within your room, supporting their development and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space for children to explore and learn
- Monitor children’s development and contribute to planning and assessments
- Champion the nursery’s values and contribute to its outstanding reputation
