Senior Nurse (RGN)

Hourly Rate: £24 per hour 

37.5 hours per week, alternate weekends

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our clients nursing home team. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents and leading a team of dedicated nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the care of elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver outstanding resident care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents
• Manage and maintain accurate resident records and documentation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers
