Senior Healthcare Assistant – Day Shifts
Hours: Full-time (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next)
Hourly Rate: £15

Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their dynamic and caring team in a residential home for older adults, specialising in dementia care. The ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have experience in a residential setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home.
- Person-Centred Care: Understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning principles.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: Awareness of abuse prevention and recognition of signs of abuse.
