Registered Supported Living Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £43,000

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Supported Living Manager to oversee one of our client’s supported living facilities, ensuring residents receive the highest quality support in a safe and empowering environment. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to promoting independence and well-being among residents.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven managerial experience within a similar setting, ideally in a CQC-regulated environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, hands-on, and committed to supporting individuals in a person-centred way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated staff team to provide outstanding care and support.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations to enhance service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
  • Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment for all.
