Hourly Rate: £20
Night shifts, Full-Time Hours

Requirements for the role:
- Registered Nurse (NMC Registered): Nursing qualification with a valid NMC registration, passionate about providing excellent care.
- Clinical Expertise: Experience working within a healthcare or nursing environment, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care.
- Empathetic & Compassionate: Natural ability to show kindness, respect, and empathy to residents and their families.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work in a collaborative environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care Delivery: Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor the health and well-being of residents in line with care plans.
- Care Planning: Develop, review, and update individual care plans to reflect residents' evolving needs, in collaboration with the MDT.
- Clinical Governance: Lead the implementation of risk assessments and clinical governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborative Working: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to care.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in clinical audits and contribute to improving care quality and service delivery.
- Training & Development: Support the training and development of junior staff and healthcare assistants.
