Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for residents.
- Provide high-quality nursing care, meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, review, and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring residents’ safety and well-being.
- Continuously monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance and support throughout their care journey.
