Recruitment Administrator
Hourly Rate: £12.50-£13
Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 16:00
Location: Willing Care Recruitment, Central Reading
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by keeping our CRM system updated, assisting with social media updates, and managing company-wide broadcasts, such as job lists, call times, and KPI reports. You will work closely with consultants and management, providing vital support and ensuring key information is communicated effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is proactive in tackling administrative challenges.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for business purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with consultants and management.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities with ease.
- Proactive, helpful, and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience handling job postings and candidate communications (Desirable)
- Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging social media content (Desirable)

Your Role
CRM & Data Management:
- Ensure all candidate and client details are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
- Maintain and organise key recruitment information, preventing data gaps.
- Track and update job applications, interview progress, and placements efficiently.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Work alongside consultants and management to update LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with job vacancies and company news.
- Assist in creating engaging job posts and recruitment content.
- Ensure that social media platforms remain active and up to date.
Company Broadcasts & Reporting:
- Prepare and send job lists, call times, and KPI reports to relevant teams.
- Ensure internal communications are clear, timely, and well-organised.
- Support consultants in ensuring all key administrative information is accessible.
Administrative & Support Duties:
- Answer and make support calls, assisting consultants with any admin-related queries.
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
