Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisitions, nurture existing relationships, and maximise revenue opportunities.

 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring our existing clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to ensure clients are fully engaged, supported, and meeting their hiring objectives. Additionally, you will monitor revenue expectations and proactively resolve any service-related challenges.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with both new and existing clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients for our recruitment services.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are fully supported.
  • Revenue Growth: Monitor client accounts to ensure they are optimised for maximum business potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Consultants to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, offering strategic solutions to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment challenges to position our services effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
