Salary: Up to £28,400
Full-time, 40 hours per week

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in providing high-quality early years education. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys supporting both children and colleagues to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and organised approach to supporting young learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Room – Managing the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and enriching space for children.
- Planning & Development – Creating fun, engaging, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Team Support – Mentoring and guiding practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative team.
- Parent Partnerships – Building strong relationships with families and keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
- Safeguarding & Wellbeing – Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with nursery policies.
