Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client, a well-established nursery, is seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join their dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a stimulating and nurturing environment, supporting young children’s development and growth through high-quality care and education.

The nursery features large, well-equipped rooms and a beautiful outdoor garden area, providing a vibrant space for children to explore, learn, and thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting, with a commitment to delivering outstanding childcare.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A team player with a genuine passion for early years education and a nurturing approach to childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare Delivery: Provide exceptional care and education to children, supporting their individual learning journeys.
• Curriculum Support: Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other practitioners to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
• Parent Communication: Build trusting relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.
