Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their team in providing high-quality care and education for young children. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional with an Level 3 in Early Years and a genuine passion for early years development.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent).
• EYFS Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Childcare & Development: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Activity Planning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and development.
• Positive Behaviour Support: Promote positive behaviour and maintain a supportive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Parent & Colleague Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues, providing regular feedback on children's progress.
• Safeguarding & Safety: Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
