Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £28,000

Our client, a well-established nursery, is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their inclusive and diverse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to make a meaningful impact on young children's learning and development in a supportive and enriching environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 in Early Years or an equivalent qualification in Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, safeguarding, and child development.
• A passion for early childhood education and supporting children's growth.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical well-being, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on their child’s development.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team, upholding best practices in early years education.
