Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: £25,500
Hours: 40 hours per week

 

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, and a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning space for all children.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an early years setting

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual needs of all children are met
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment
  • Adhere to all safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures
