Night Nurse (RGN)
Hours: 33 hours per week (3 nights per week)
Hourly Rate: £23.50
Shift times: 8:00-8:00

Our client is seeking a compassionate and committed Night Nurse to join their care team, providing high-quality support to residents during night hours.
This role is suited to a registered nurse with a strong background in adult care, and experience in supporting individuals with dementia and end-of-life needs. The right candidate will bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm presence to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout the night.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification (RGN) and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Experience in providing care to individuals with dementia and/or end of life care
- Proficiency in working with electronic care planning systems, preferably PCS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary care team
- Drive and commitment to providing high-quality care and exceeding expectations
- Understanding and commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion in care provision

Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administering medication and treatments as per care plans and protocols
- Monitoring and assessing residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Effectively communicating with residents, families, and the wider care team
- Updating and maintaining electronic care plans using PCS or similar systems
- Contributing to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
