Montessori Teacher – Term Time Only
Salary: £23,000

 

Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join their dynamic team. Situated in a light and airy setting with its own garden, the nursery offers an enriching environment where children aged 0-5 can thrive through Montessori principles. What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification: You’ll hold a Level 3 Montessori qualification (or an equivalent Montessori qualification).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting, understanding the importance of providing quality care and education.
  • Dedication: Patience, empathy, and a deep passion for working with children are at the core of your approach, as you support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Montessori Education: Provide high-quality Montessori education and care to children aged 0-5, fostering their independence, creativity, and love for learning.
  • Child Development: Observe and assess children's individual development, identifying any concerns or areas where additional support is needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s unique needs are met and their progress is supported.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children’s development and progress, ensuring compliance with all nursery policies.
