Qualifications and Skills:
- Montessori Early Years qualification (essential).
- Prior experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
- Deep understanding of current EYFS standards and Ofsted procedures.
- A true passion for delivering high-quality childcare and creating memorable, meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on Montessori education and activities, becoming the nursery’s go-to expert and guide for fostering children’s curiosity and growth.
- Create and deliver engaging, developmentally rich learning experiences that encourage each child to reach their full potential. Your creativity and insights will be key to developing new ideas and activities.
- Observe, assess, and plan tailored learning journeys for each child, ensuring they are continuously supported and challenged.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and joyful environment, where children feel secure and inspired to learn.
- Build trusted relationships with a small group of children and their families, following EYFS guidelines and staying up-to-date with Ofsted requirements.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues, forming strong partnerships that nurture each child’s growth and well-being.
