Salary: £29,000

 

Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join their vibrant and inclusive team. In this pivotal role, you will help create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the optimal growth and development of young children. The nursery is housed in a modern, detached building conveniently located near local transport routes, featuring a spacious interior and a secure outdoor play area designed with impact-absorbing surfaces and a dedicated messy play zone.

 

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or higher, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood education.
  • Proven Leadership Experience in a nursery setting, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate a team towards excellence.
  • Understanding of Child Development and comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework to guide the planning and delivery of effective learning experiences.
  • Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills with the ability to inspire a team, driving collaboration and innovation.

As a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and Manage a Team of skilled nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for all children in your room while fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere.
  • Design and Implement an Engaging Curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of children, aligning with the EYFS framework and the nursery's core values to maximize each child's potential.
  • Cultivate Positive Relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote open communication and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, strengthening partnerships.
  • Oversee Daily Operations of the room, upholding health and safety standards and promoting an inclusive environment for all children and staff, ensuring a safe and secure setting.
