Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £25,000

Full-time, 40 hours per week

 

Our client provides a nurturing environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The nursery is designed to encourage independence, confidence, and creativity, with accessible resources and daily activities tailored to each child’s age and stage of development; Children enjoy daily outdoor activities in a spacious, enclosed play area where they explore, play, and learn.

 

This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting young children’s growth and helping to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment. Working as part of a supportive team, the Level 3 Practitioner will be involved in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children’s development across the 7 areas of learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and experience supporting children’s learning and well-being.
  • A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Support children in daily routines and experiences, encouraging confidence and independence.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Encourage children’s curiosity and development through accessible, age-appropriate resources and activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care and learning experiences.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication.
