Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Hourly Rate: Up to £13.50, depending on experience

40m hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join client’s growing Early Years team. If you are passionate about Early Years education and have a NVQ Level 3 qualification, we want to hear from you! The boasts separate Montessori-inspired classrooms catering to various age groups, as well as a beautiful outdoor space.

Qualifications

• Possession of Level 3 in Early Years or above
• Prior experience as a Nursery Practitioner
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion within early years settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging and inclusive activities to enhance children's learning and growth
• Ensure a secure and caring environment for children in compliance with safeguarding and health and safety regulations
• Foster positive connections with children, families, and colleagues to establish an inviting and diverse nursery atmosphere
• Monitor and evaluate children's progress, and maintain open communication with parents and carers
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the nursery through active participation in meetings, training, and the sharing of best practices
