Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £38,000 (Competitive, based on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3) to join our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a nurturing approach, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for children.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in leading and managing the nursery team.
• Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
• Oversee planning and activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies.
• Contribute to the training and development of nursery staff.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery life.
