Salary: £60,000
40 hours per week, mixture of clinical and supernumerary hours

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role (such as clinical lead, unit manager or deputy nurse manager), within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided.
- Monitor and assess residents' clinical needs, ensuring care plans are developed, implemented, and followed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and expertise to the team, supporting their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and drive continuous improvement in care practices.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote residents’ well-being and meet their individual needs.
- Manage clinical resources and ensure nursing processes are efficient and effective.
