Salary: £50,000 | Hours: 40 per week (including 12 hours clinical)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their team. - Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership within a care environment.

- Organisational and time-management skills, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and databases for accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate care plans, ensuring they are tailored to residents’ individual needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship, supporting the care team to deliver outstanding care.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive care.
