Salary: £48,000 - £52,000, dependent on experience
40 hours per week

Our client provides exceptional, person-centred care for residents with complex needs, including physical and long-term neurological conditions. They are now seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to take a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, leadership, and support within the service.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse with strong leadership skills to drive clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and make a real impact in a highly regarded care home.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK NMC pin
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of complex care needs, particularly physical and long-term neurological conditions
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues
  • A commitment to person-centred care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times
  • Lead and support the nursing team, acting as a role model for best practice
  • Oversee the safe administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and the wider care team
  • Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to changes in their condition
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures
  • Conduct audits, implement quality improvements, and contribute to CQC compliance
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance residents' quality of life
