Band 5 Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN/RNLD

Salary: Up to £41,000

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values diversity and prioritizes the well-being of patients with complex mental health needs

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification – RGN/RMN/RNLD
• Valid registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, particularly in the areas of eating disorders, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and general Mental Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and best practices
• Providing empathetic support and guidance to patients and their families
• Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
