At Willing Care, Halloween is always a memorable event, filled with festive games, teamwork, and of course, costumes! This year, our Halloween celebration was bigger and better than ever, complete with spooky games, rewards for recruitment milestones, a costume contest, and an exciting early Friday finish for the winning team. The Games
Our Halloween activities kicked off with a series of team-based games, each designed to bring out creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughs. Here’s how the competition unfolded, with ideas you can adapt for your own teams:
Wrap the Mummy: Teams picked a teammate to wrap up in toilet paper as fast as possible! With points awarded for speed and style, this was a hilarious way to start the day – and you can check out the results on our social media.
Speedy Pumpkin Carving: Each team had just one minute per member to carve their pumpkin before swapping to the next teammate. Communication and creativity shone through as each pumpkin took on its own unique personality. Check out the pumpkin masterpieces in our videos!
Halloween Trivia Quiz: Teams went head-to-head in a spooky trivia quiz covering everything from ghost stories to Halloween history. The competition was fierce!
Picture Quiz: This quiz tested teams on their Halloween knowledge with a visual challenge. Teams identified images of classic Halloween characters and costumes, showing off their pop culture knowledge and quick teamwork.
The Trick-or-Treat Prize Wheel 🎃
Winning teams earned spins on our Trick-or-Treat Prize Wheel, where they could land on treats like scratch cards, sweets, and drinks – or “tricks” like these:
Lose Your Seat for an Hour: One unlucky spin meant giving up your desk for a while – a fun way to add some Halloween spirit!
Coffee Run for Two Days: A spin that kept one team member busy with coffee duty – and a lot of laughs!
The Recruitment Twist
We love blending Halloween fun with our recruitment goals! Teams also earned points throughout the day for hitting key targets:
