Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals in line with established recipes, dietary modifications, and individual needs.
- Ensure all food is produced to the highest quality, meeting nutritional and allergy requirements.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organization.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and innovation.
