Senior Learning Disabilities Nurse
Salary: Up to £42,000 | Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Our client, a leading provider of acute mental health services with a Good CQC rating, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join their dedicated team. Experience & Qualifications

  • Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Experience in acute mental health settings, with strong clinical expertise.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to support and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision, supporting and guiding nursing staff.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high standards of care.
  • Manage complex cases and emergencies, using clinical expertise to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Actively contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting patient recovery and well-being.
