Are you confident on the phone, highly organised, and experienced in sales or recruitment? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Sales Support professional to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates—responsible for registering, qualifying, and preparing them for placement. Your speed, efficiency, and attention to detail will ensure a seamless recruitment process and help us connect top talent with the right opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or candidate screening
• Confident and engaging on the phone, with proven experience making a high volume of outbound calls and building strong, positive relationships with candidates
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• A target-driven mindset with a strong desire to not only meet but exceed targets and goals
• Attention to detail, especially with candidate data and compliance
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
