Practice Nurse

Salary: Up to £46,000 

37.5 hours per week 

Our client, a well-established and person-centred healthcare service, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a background in general practice to make a real difference in the lives of patients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality care within a supportive and professional environment. 

What We’re Looking For

• RGN qualification with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
• Proficiency in administering immunisations and vaccinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing essential nursing care, including immunisations, vaccinations, and long-term condition management.
• Working collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centred care.
• Conducting health screenings, wound care, and chronic disease management.
• Educating and advising patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintaining accurate patient records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
