Salary: Up to £26,000

What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- A solid understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring and proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Help plan and deliver educational activities that meet each child’s developmental needs, aligned with the EYFS framework
- Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, using nursery software to share updates and progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and planning in line with the nursery’s structured approach
- Promote learning through play both indoors and outdoors, making full use of the nursery’s beautiful setting
