Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: Up to £26,000

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join a busy and vibrant nursery team. What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery setting
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring and proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Help plan and deliver educational activities that meet each child’s developmental needs, aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, using nursery software to share updates and progress
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and planning in line with the nursery’s structured approach
  • Promote learning through play both indoors and outdoors, making full use of the nursery’s beautiful setting
