Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Helping Little Learners Shine
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year

They are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and creating a nurturing environment where every child thrives.

What You’ll Need:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• A positive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing a high standard of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences tailored to individual children.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, supporting their next steps in learning.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
