Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £27,500

 

Our client, a well-established nursery, is seeking a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with the children, supporting their growth and learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, ensuring that each child receives the best start in life in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Experience working in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
  • Monitor children’s progress and provide support as needed to help them thrive.
  • Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
