Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £24,000-£27,000 | Full-Time Hours

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • Experience: Familiarity with the EYFS framework, with hands-on experience in planning, assessing, and working as a keyworker.
  • Team Spirit: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm, motivation, and a sense of humour to engage children and make every day fun.
  • Safeguarding Commitment: A strong understanding of safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Children's Learning: Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development, ensuring the EYFS framework is followed.
  • Supervise & Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of children, fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for them to thrive.
  • Parent Communication: Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that supports everyone’s development.
  • Safe Environment: Help maintain a secure and nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and grow.
