Nursery Practitioner – Level 2

Salary: Up to £25,000

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to develop and thrive. The Nursery is set across two beautiful buildings that have been converted to provide a homely and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 2 in Early Years
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
• Provide basic care and support for children, including feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of the children
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
• Observe and assess children's development and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
