Hospitality Assistant (Care Home)

Salary: £26,500

40 hours per week

 

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our client’s luxury care home. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that values excellence in both care and service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm, friendly manner
  • Support the setup and delivery of events and hospitality services
  • Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents and visitors
  • Respond to guest inquiries and offer information about available services and amenities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas
  • Work closely with the Hospitality Manager to enhance and innovate guest experiences
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment
  • Prepare light meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
