We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client’s dynamic nursing team on a bank staff basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients, with a particular focus on post-operative care for adult patients. This unique and tranquil place of healing & recovery provides the perfect environment for respite, post-operative rehabilitation, convalescence care and is a leader in knee & hip recovery.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience in providing nursing care to adult patients, particularly in post-operative settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing patient-centred care with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a post-operative setting
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
