Since joining Willing Care in 2025, she has been committed to providing a smooth, supportive, and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and clients. Her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and keen eye for talent make her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Josie loves playing netball, staying active at the gym, and spending time with dogs. Whether she’s on the court, lifting weights, or enjoying time with furry friends, she brings the same energy and dedication to everything she does!
