Here at Willing Care Recruitment, we are currently focussed on the Early Years Sector of the Childcare & Education Industry. This will not always be the case, so keep an eye out for additional sectors in the future! Equally, if you have a requirement in a sector that is not a key focus right now, please do still get in touch – it may be your vacancy that is the catalyst for us opening our next sector! The Early Years Sectors we focus on and provide expertise in are day nurseries, pre-schools, play groups, holiday clubs, after school clubs and children’s centres.

We understand that each of these settings have a different purpose and therefore staffing requirements will also differ. For example, at a day nursery, staff are required to care for and educate children from six weeks old, whereas a preschool is aimed at children not yet old enough to start primary school. Holiday clubs and after school clubs will be better suited for candidates seeking a part time position with focus more on playtime activities.
