What We’re Looking For
Experience & Training – Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Certifications – Qualification in Food Preparation/Catering and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
Culinary Expertise – Strong cooking skills, knowledge of diverse cuisines, and ability to create balanced menus.
Health & Safety Knowledge – Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Menu Planning & Preparation – Create and cook nutritious, visually appealing meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
Stock & Budget Management – Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective meal preparation.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance – Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Team Leadership – Train, support, and oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Resident Engagement – Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their dietary feedback and requests.
